A structured process to identify where trust has frayed and design tailored strategies for repair.
Engagement includes:
Conducting a Harm Audit to assess relationships, policies, and culture
Developing a Repair Credit Plan for applied projects (leadership coaching, meeting redesign, facilitation support)
Using credits to act quickly in moments of rupture or growth
Available only after participation in another HRW offering.
