    A power-aware leadership workshop for executives and boards ready to model repair in motion. Participants examine how power, credibility, and feedback shape trust—and practice leading with transparency and care.

    Leaders learn to:

    • Explore how power and feedback shape credibility

    • Practice truth-telling with care and courage

    • Build habits that sustain transparent, trust-based leadership

  • Format: 90 min–3.5 hr | Virtual: $3,000 | In-Person: $6,500

    For teams working with or within communities impacted by harm. Each Lab blends reflection, story, and practice to strengthen protective, healing patterns in daily work.

    A year-long journey that makes repair a daily practice. Participants build rhythms and systems that sustain trust, care, and accountability over time through live teaching, peer learning, and applied projects.

    Organizations will learn to:

    • Build internal habits that support reflection and restoration

    • Apply repair principles across teams and structures

    • Measure and sustain relational trust over time

  • Format: Custom Engagement | Starting at: $8,500

    A structured process to identify where trust has frayed and design tailored strategies for repair.

    Engagement includes:

    • Conducting a Harm Audit to assess relationships, policies, and culture

    • Developing a Repair Credit Plan for applied projects (leadership coaching, meeting redesign, facilitation support)

    • Using credits to act quickly in moments of rupture or growth

    Available only after participation in another HRW offering.

    Practical, sponsor-supported tools that make repair accessible to the public. These frameworks, scripts, and guides translate HRW’s methods into everyday use for educators, nonprofits, and teams in transition.

    Partnerships may include:
